Mango oat meal smoothie

Ingredients
  • Ripen mango 1
  • Milk.                1/2 cup
  • Honey.             1 tbls
  • Oats                  1/2 cup
Method

  1. Clean and cut the mango into cubes.
  2. Add milk,honey and oats in a long glass.
  3. Add the mango cubes into the glass and give it a mix.
  4. Keep aside for 5 mins
  5. Consume .
