Mango oat meal smoothie
Ingredients
- Ripen mango 1
- Milk. 1/2 cup
- Honey. 1 tbls
- Oats 1/2 cup
Method
- Clean and cut the mango into cubes.
- Add milk,honey and oats in a long glass.
- Add the mango cubes into the glass and give it a mix.
- Keep aside for 5 mins
- Consume .
