Red Rice and vegetable soup
This plate is healthier , tastier and easy to make. This menu can be consumed by the people who are dieting. I made this for a when my hubby was dieting.
All you need were some few ingredients. I cooked the red rice with some salt and enough water.
Boiled a farm fresh Egg. Then to make soup in 500 l of water I added all the vegetables I had (carrot,potato,beans,baby corn,cabbage, goto kola.) Salt and boiled until the vegetables were very tender.
This is an idea I gave you guys who are dieting. This meal will make you happy and healthier.
