Ingredients

Roasted peanuts      1 cup 

Brown sugar.           1 cup

Salt pinch 

Butter                      1 tablespoon

Water.                      1/2 cup

Method

• Take a non-stick pan, add 1tbs of sugar from the 1 cup sugar you have measured
• Let it caramelized .
• Do not put the spoon until it change into dark brown.
• Add another spoon of sugar to that let it caramelized too.
• Now add half a cup of water to that and add the remaining sugar.
• Give it a mix and add the butter to it.
• Keep mixing until the sugar syrup get to thick syrup.
• Now add the roasted peanuts and mix it with the syrup for few seconds .
• Transfer quickly to a buttered plate.
• Make lines to cut before it get set.
• Once it's sets break it .
• It's ready to enjoy.

• Roast the peanuts until you get a good aroma.
• put a spoon of caramel syrup to a bowl of water ,get it out check if the caramel is breakable then that's the consistency before you add the peanuts.
