Whole wheat flour choclate Muffins by Rash
This is how I made this Muffins in less than 1hrs. I used a chocolate ganache to make it more tasty on top of the muffins. It gave a heavenly taste to the whole wheat chocolate Muffins I made.

Also you can add some chocolate chips , or chopped dark chocolate to the batter. You can make 16 muffins from this measurement.
Ingredients
Whole wheat flour. 150g
Coco powder. 30g
Butter. 50g
Eggs. 2 nos
Baking powder. 1tsp
Milk. 1/2 cup
Brown sugar 150g
Method
- Add eggs, butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Beat all those wet ingredients using a hand mixer.
- When the sugar get dissolved , and when you see a fluffy mixture add all the dry ingredients.
- Now beat again , if you feel the mixture is not smooth add few tablespoons of milk to make it smooth .
- Apply some oil or butter to your muffin tray and pour your mixture.
- Bake in 165 f to 20 mins .
- Prick with a tooth pick to see it's baked well.
- Take out slowly without breaking.
- Let the muffins cool down.
Chocolate ganache Recipe
Ingredients
Dark chocolate. 100 g
Butter. 50g
Icing sugar. 50g
Salt pinch
Method- In a nonstick pan add the butter and dark chocolate to melt.
- When it get melted add the icing sugar little by little and quick mix with spatula.
- You with get a pour plus creamy texture if you wish add a pinch of salt and off the stove.
- Pour it to a piping bag or a cup.
- Pour this mixture to the cool down Muffins .
- Now it's ready to serve.
