Butter kangkun Prawns fry Recipe
This is one of our family favourite dish, super easy to make and a quick Recipe. I'm sure you will love it and for those who doesn't eat green menus will surely love this. Make this and your family will ask this for again.
All you need is some few ingredients.
Prawns 100gms(marinate the prawns and fry with the following)
Pepper 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt
Kangkun leaves 250g
Chopped garlic 3 pods
Chilli flakes 1 teaspoon
Salt for your desire
Capsicum half (optional)
Oil 1 table spoon/Butter
Method
Heat the oil in a large pan, you will need a large pan to add your leaves, it will shrink once it's cooked .
Add the garlic and give a stir. Add salt to it and put the chllie flakes.give a quick mix.
Add the cut kangkun leaves and mix until it gets tender , don't over cook .
By this time put the fried Prawns to it and mix well , keep it covered for about 30 seconds and open the lid . Don't over cook the leaves . Check for the salt .
Now it's ready to server . Super easy and delicious menu you can have it with fried rice or Rice .
