Best French toast

 




 French Toast is loved by almost everyone, there's no much different to a butter cake. That's why kids love French toast a lot. my son's favorite breakfast is always French toast. I use many toppings but he likes to eat the simple and authentic one, its pretty simple to make and time saving too. you can make it with very simple ingredients I personally love it with honey and hubby too with some dry fruits. when ever I got bread at home I make French bread coz its easy and every one at home loves it. Mainly I'm too lazy to wake up early and make foods.

I always makes food what my hubby prefer, because i want some one to enjoy the food while eating. This recipe is healthy also vey yummy. 

This is how I use to make French toast



Time :15 mins

All you need is

Bread : 10 slices

Eggs.   : 3 no's

Sugar. : 3 table spoon

Butter : 2 table spoon

Milk.   : Half a cup

Salt      : a pinch

Vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon.

The way I make

* Apply butter or margarine in both side of the bread. Keep it a side.

*In a blender Add the eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla essence, milk and blend it .Pour that into a bowl.

*Heat the nonstick pan , dip the bread in the egg mixture and place it on the preheated pan. If you want you can add more butter it will give you a nice flavor.

*Wait till it roast and turned to light brown color, change the other side and do the same.

*Transfer into a plate. Do the same process for all the bread pieces.


Now it's ready to consume.3 pieces will be more than enough for a person. You can add your favorite topping on the French toast you made, you can slice some banana and have or along with any fruits that you have at home. If you got raisins at home you can eat with that too, sprinkle some icing sugar if you have.

Keep this for 7-8 hours without getting bad .you can adjust the amount of sweetness by reducing or increasing the amount of sugar also you can skip the sugar if anyone is having diabetes.
