Spicy shrimp fry

 A must taste one. Made this with few ingredients had at kitchen . Tastes Amazing..  I also added some spinach to add some nutritional value. Because there is no way I could feed my kids some leaves, they love shrimps so when ever I make Prawns or shrimp I make sure I add some leaves .


It's a quick and easy recipe . Try and let me know how it tastes.

Ingredients

200gms shrimp

Some spinach leaves if you have (optional)

Salt pinch

Pepper pinch

Chilli past 1 teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon

Sliced onion big 1

1 tomato slices

Sliced green chillies

Turmeric powder pinch

Coriander powder 1 teaspoon 


Let's make it

Marinate the shrimps with salt, chilli powder, pepper , ginger garlic paste and keep it a side for five minutes

Heat up the oil and fry the shrimps. Keep it a side

Take another non stick pan heat it put some oil ,once the oil is heated add ginger garlic paste, chilli past and stir well .

Now add onions, chilli ,tomato and spices and salt. Give a good mix and keep it covered for a minute.

Open the lid and smash the tomato well.

Now add the fried shrimp and mix well.

Chop the spinach or any kind of green leaves you wish . You can skip this step if you don't want.

Super delicious shrimp fry is ready to serve .
