Cream Cheese Recipe


 "No cheese " said no one. I am a cheese lover. I love all most all types of cheese. In abroad buying cheese is normal. 
But in srilanka as it is bit expensive we can't buy as we think. So for a long time I was trying to make cheese at home but unfortunately I couldn't buy raw milk . 

Cheese cannot be done with fresh milk. So today I got some raw milk from a farmer and tried to make some cheese. It came out really well and I wanted to share this recipe with you . It will be really helpful and money saving. 

Let's see how I got the perfect cream cheese within 30 minutes . You can make 200gms of cream cheese with 1 l of milk.

speacial Note: make sure evry single equipment you take is dry and water free.



Ingredients

  • Raw milk 1 litter
  • Salt pinch
  • Veniger 1 table spoon (I used coconut veniger)
  • Milk powder 1 table spoon
  • Butter 1 tablet spoon. 

How to make
  • In a well washed deep pan , pour the raw milk and let it boil .
  • When the milk boil, add the veniger little by little and keep mixing.
  • You will see the milk is curdling.
  • Keep stirring for 2 minutes.
  • Now drain the water from a clean cloth. While washing the cheese. Drain it very well.
  • Not transfer the cheese into a blender, 
  • Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until you get a very silky texture.
You can adjust the salt for your preference. You can have it any ways you can . Spreading or when making cheese cake. Enjoy
