Katta sambol/ chilli paste
You may feel Fiery to listen to the name. Tastes hot too. This dish is probably made in Asian countries who loves to eat spicy . This chilli paste is not spicier as you have had before . I have adjusted the casual chilli paste with my own version. Even my kids can eat this now with a bottle of water beside.
You can have this side dish with Hoppers, Pol Rotti, with kottu, Milk Rice.
Let's make chilli paste
Ingredients
Small onions 10 numbers
Dried chillies or chilli flakes 3 table spoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic cloves 1
Lime half
Green chillies 2
How to make
Add all the ingredients in a stone mortal and crush untill the onions are disappear. Combine all when you crush . Looks too easy to make ? Try out and thank me later guys.
