The health benefits of spinach leaves are many . Many of us used to have spinach cooked. I tried this way and I really loved the taste and you can have it with rice. Nutrient values are better than cooked once.
All you need is some few ingredients. I grew spinach in my balcony so I can have it when ever I need.

Now let's go to the Recipe

Ingredients

100 gms spinach
Scrapped coconut half a cup
Lime half
Tomatoe half
Salt per taste
Sliced onion half

Let's make
  • Wash and clean the spinach .
  • Gather all the leaves together and make small stripes out of it from knife. Place it in a bowl.
  • Now add salt, lime , tomato cubes and onions.
  • Give a very gentle mix as the spinach may crush . 
  • Always use a spoon to mix.
